@voiculesti Întâmplător am fost acum in Austria, eram un grup de români și bulgari. La un moment dat, un austriac mă întreabă, în șoaptă: ce e cu bulgarii, că nu par interesați de nimic? Practic doar cu voi putem vorbi, sunteți clar în același film cu noi, europeni. Nu e prima dată.

Analizele au scos la iveală că femeile făceau parte din populația locală și din stepa eurasiatică (descendență dacică, scită, sarmatică), în timp ce bărbații prezentau origini mediteraneene - din Italia, din comunități punice din Africa de Nord și din Spania, precum și din diverse regiuni ale Imperiului Roman. Mai pe scurt, femeile din zona Daciei au format familii cu soldați romani și coloniști veniți din întregul bazin mediteranean. Ce să facă și ele! Hungarian Socialist Party (MSZP) wins a new term on the second round of voting. The governing coalition led by incumbent Prime Minister Ferenc Gyurcsány has taken 210 of the 386 parliamentary seats. The Fidesz-KDNP Party Alliance led by former Prime Minister Viktor Orban won 164 seats. Orban has telephoned Gyurcsány to concede defeat. W efekcie, rządząca od czerwca 2025 roku (a w praktyce, w różnych konfiguracjach i z różnymi "przystawkami" od 2021) koalicja partii "mainstreamowych", powstała by dać odpór ugrupowaniom "antysystemowym"* przestała właśnie istnieć. *(chodzi o AUR - George Simiona, SOS Romania - Diany Sosoaki, czy POT - który powstał jako partia wspierająca Calina Georgescu) O tym dlaczego trawiące koalicje od miesięcy napięcia ostatecznie doprowadziły do rozłamu piszę tu: x.com/KamilCaus/stat… Od razu po posiedzeniu rządu w trakcie którego PSD-owscy urzędnicy złożyli swoje rezygnacje premier Ilie Bolojan poinformował, że przyjął ich decyzję do wiadomości oraz wyznaczył zastępców, którzy przejmą tymczasowo (tj. do powołania i zaprzysiężenia nowych ministrów) ich stanowiska. Wszyscy oni pochodzą z pozostałych partii koalicyjnych. I tak: - Ministerstwo Energetyki ze względu na szczególną rolę tego resortu (zwłaszcza teraz) obejmie sam Bolojan. - Ministerstwo Sprawiedliwość — wicepremier Cătălin Predoiu (z Partii Narodowych Liberałów - PNL, z której pochodzi także sam premier). Predoiu to stary wyga, który już kilkukrotnie w ciągu ostatnich 20 lat kierował tym resortem. - Ministerstwo Transport przejmie obecny ministrer obrony, Radu Miruță (z liberalnego Związku Ocalenia Rumunii - USR) - Ministerstwo Pracy także przypada USR. Mamy więc obecnie w Rumunii rząd mniejszościowy, dysponujący ogółem 181 mandatami (w Izbie Deputowanych i Senacie) na 464 miejsca. Co dalej? Zacznijmy od technikaliów. Ministrowie tymczasowi mogą zgodnie z konstytucją pełnić tę rolę przez maksymalnie 45 dni. W tym czasie powinno dojść do powołania nowych, pełnoprawnych szefów resortów i przegłosowania dla nich wotum zaufania. Tyle że... ustawa zasadnicza nie określa, co stanie się, jeśli rząd nie zdoła tego uczynić (tj. premier nie zaproponuje prezydentowi żadnych kandydatów, prezydent ich nie zaakceptuje lub parlament nie poprze ich nominacji) Jasne jest, że po upływie 45 dni "tymczasowi" muszą opuścić swoje stanowisko, ale nic nie stoi na przeszkodzie by premier powołał na kolejne 45 kogoś innego lub by pieczę nad ministerstwem przejął wiceminister. Teoretycznie rząd może tak funkcjonować dość długo. Dobra, 45 dni to jedno, ale czy wcześniej nikt nie zgłosi wotum nieufności i nie obali obecnego premiera a z nim rządu? I feel Spanish shame for those normal systemic Republicans who need to prop up MAGA in hopes that the cult will die out in a few years and they can get their dignity back. 🇲🇰 You need to be only Macedonian to be elected a lawmaker in North Macedonia. Parliament passed a law requiring MPs to hold only Macedonian citizenship, banning dual citizenship. This measure came in response to opposition claims that MPs from the nationalist VMRO party hold dual Bulgarian citizenship. The Albanian opposition opposed the law, while the Macedonian opposition backed it.
