@EE I can't make any calls, I am in Australia and have the correct roaming for use over here. I want to send EE an Australian number for someone to call me to resolve this issue. I can't call the UK on the Aus number. Live chat on the app keeps crashing 😡

@EE please help! I am unable to make any calls I am in Australia and not able to call 150 as a result. My phone is set up for roaming in Aus. Data is working but not calls. Can you help?

@EE I can't! That's my whole issue, I really need someone to contact me as I can't make any calls and keep getting the same notification on the app. I can give an Australian number to you but I can't call you on it. Can someone please call me?

@EE I've tried that multiple times and it won't load. Is there a secure way I can send an Australian number to EE for someone to call me? I can't call out from that number but I should be able to receive a call

@EE Has messaging service gone down on the app? I was just talking with someone but now I'm constantly getting this error message and my issue is I can't make calls so I can't call 150 😤

Hi Steph, restarting your phone and manually searching for and selecting between local roaming networks in your phone's network settings can help with an issue while abroad. You can search your phone model in our device guides then tap 'Connectivity' then 'Selecting network' to find how to do that 👉 deviceguides.ee.co.uk If you've tried these to no avail, if you give us a call on +44 7953 966 150 from any other working phone, you'll be able to speak with one of our customer service guides who can make sure you get the right support to get it sorted.

@EE My issue is I am unable to make calls and I am in Australia. My partners EE phone is also having the same issue. I have sent you a DM on here. I can't get in contact with anyone via the app it's just the AI robot who says to call which I can't do

@StephEv46 Hey Steph, we don't have access to your account via social media, you are best to give us a call on 150 from an EE mobile, or 07953 966 150 from any other phone.
