@Comparethemkt Trying to complete a travel insurance transaction and it won't go through as it's saying there's a problem with 3D secure authentification. Tried a few different cards also and not been successful. Can someone assist please?

@StevenThomson5 Ok thanks Steven. I'm sorry to hear this, in this case the only other way you'll be able to check is by speaking to our Income Tax helpline as we don't have access to personal records here. The contact number is 0300 200 3300. We recommend calling at 8am as soon as the 1/2

@HMRCgovuk @HMRCcustomers My tax codes has been changed without being informed and know this is incorrect as my wages have not changed. Can someone help?

@HMRCcustomers Tried to log on and it won't let me use my passport and driving license, so I'm currently stumped. As it can't authorise who I am via these 2 documents.

@DVLAgovuk on hold trying to contact the dvla phone line twice in the last hour and been cut off both times after being on hold each time for 20 plus minutes. Urgent matter and no way of speaking to national provider. Disappointing
