The way they treat the individual cases is really ghoulish. It reads pornographically. The report spends little time acknowledging the malfeasance of the authorities, because they spend less ink detailing the precise contours of how that happened than anywhere near the precision they detail exactly what the criminals did to those poor girls. The conclusion is obvious. This report document is designed to whip up extreme masculine rage and xenophobic hatred through the mental image of little girls' torn and broken bodies. This pornographic use of the victims' suffering is profoundly disrespectful. It reduces their harm to a political cause completely disconnected from what makes this type of harm so horrible. It is not the origin of the perpetrator, but the intimacy of the crime itself, and the callous disregard of the authorities.
