@ATinyGreenCell We use RFdiffusion, MPNN, and Boltz. We compare the outcome of all three to come to a rational design. Our peptides are 30-40 aa long. If this fits, I can connect you with our student who does this.

Any recommendations for an arbitrary de novo protein design tool that's ideally free? Every time I see de novo protein design it actually is antibody or binder design. I need it for things that have nothing to do with medicine. TYIA!

Though I have several ACS Catalysis in my bag, bt this is close to my heart since it has a story. I interacted with a Director of an Institute, and he commented- "Can you publish a big paper without collaboration, just with your group ?" It was a shocking comment as I thought directors, at least, shld promote collaboration. I personally believe science blossoms beautifully once it is done in collaborations. Well, my interaction was on 18 Nov, I submitted this work on 20th Dec and published it in Feb, in ACS Catalysis and sent him in email highlighting the word 'without collaboration'. 😜
