@AmazonUK Just a quick tweet to thank you and the staff who assisted earlier with my issue. Keep it up and don't feel the need to rely on bots to assist in situation when a human voice can calm things and provide quick meaningful assistance, and reassurance.

@hermesDE the UK arm #Evri looks slick but the service is dire. Bots circumvent all voice interaction and are only interested in tracking codes. Even formal complaints are impossible. Two minutes could solve my issue and keep this customer happy but no, let's rush to the bottom.

@AmazonUK I wanted to speak with your Customer Complaints department because I am fed up with your constant UI changes in an attempt to new Prime customers. Clicking on the complaints link took me to a dead page, funny that! Tricking customers just means you just want our money.
