It is clear to me that this is the prosecution’s strategy. Remember, Erika has direct and consistent communication with Kash Patel and the President. If she actually wanted a speedy trial, she could call them both and ask them to hand over the data that the defense is requesting pertaining to their September reports, which they plan to rely upon for the evidentiary hearing. She doesn’t want to do that. What she actually wants is the ability to blame the FBI and ATF for the delays while insisting that she, as the victim, wants the trial to move quickly as though they aren’t moving as one organ. The defense said today that they haven’t even SEEN the gun or accessed Tyler Robinson’s text messages. That is by design. They want a probable cause hearing that will be based on hearsay so they can delude the public via an effective show trial into thinking they have mountains of evidence. This is my opinion after reading the filings and listening to the arguments.

A lot of people are wondering why/how Erika Kirk has a “right” to a speedy trial. Yes, constitutionally that right is guaranteed to defendants however Erika is listed as the Victim of this case, and Utah has its own set of state victims’ rights. Erika filed a motion for a speedy trial under state laws on January 16th.

The defense just informed the judge that the Feds want the case to go forward with the inability for the defense to access anything beyond their summary conclusions. He makes it clear it is specifically Kash Patel's FBI ——(not Utah state) that is refusing to meet the discovery requests.

It's crazy that Tyler Robinson's team keeps pushing for no cameras and delays If they thought he was innocent, why not show the world? And why make him stay in prison longer? That's what his own team is saying

Tyler Robinson's defense is making a perfectly reasonable request to be granted a continuance because the ATF and FBI will not hand over files they have had since September. Erika's lawyers are fighting this continuance—they want the preliminary hearing to go forward. They claim they have enough circumstantial evidence, and they plan to object to some of the discovery requests anyway. Why would they object to the discovery requests? Why would they want the case to go forward without the FBI and ATF having produced the DNA data and chain of custody pertaining the very videos they plan to present at the probably cause hearing? This is outrageous. This case SHOULD NOT GO FORWARD until the defense is given the discovery that Kash Patel is withholding.

Remember how I posted that the only platform I get paid from is TikTok. And how even that is very little every month. Welp my 2nd video just got disqualified from the creator fund. You only get 5 before you get removed entirely, and I have no idea what I did wrong as to not do it again. I just love waking up to TikTok teasing me with money just to remove it. Especially when it’s already so little to begin with. If anyone can tell me what I’m doing wrong here, and how to correct my content please let me know.
