@karennotcaring I've tried that and it's just not how w my writing process works. I really hate it. And then I spend the same time at the keyboard editing. So it doesn't help.

When people say nonsense like this it takes everything I have not to snap. I wrote for my entire life-since I was 10. I've published two books, have a catalog of articles under my belt that span 20 years or so. If I want to take a break, DAMMIT I've earned it. I don't owe anyone an explanation. But if you must know, typing causes pain. Talking doesn't. I miss writing. But my body says stop. I'm also nearing retirement age. But please, do tell me what you think I should be doing with my time on earth as if I owe you or anyone else anything. I quote the late, great Legal Vices. OFF YOU FUCK!

We know Ronn Owens' GoFundMe was reported when it launched in December 2024, but any investigation by @gofundme was ignored. Well...today at the Meeting of Creditors for their bankruptcy case, Jan Black/Elizabeth Naylor (Ronn's wife) admitted she was soley responsible for creating, drafting, and posting the GFM, and despite the fundraiser implying the funds would be used for Ronn's severe medical issues, they used the funds for their deliquent mortgage, massive credit card debt (including things like their Macy's card), life insurance, and ADT security system. Only $243 of the $137,052 raised went to medical bills. The DOJ attorney overseeing their bankruptcy case told them they made false statements under oath, misled donors, and misappropriated funds.
