@tdstelecom your service is terrible and I absolutely urge anyone that is thinking about switching to TDS to strongly reconsider. I have had nothing but problems. My Internet is down AGAIN for the 2nd time in a week and they can't come out until tomorrow.

Dealing with @tdstelecom customer service is a nightmare. I've spoken with 4 different people about fiber upgrades, and I've received 4 different answers ("yes you can", "no you can't") and 4 different procedures + price differences. What are they doing here?

And again, @Ask_Spectrum @GetSpectrum can't keep their internet online television up and available. For the $money they charge this is just unacceptable. Maybe it IS time to try @tdstelecom, b/c Spectrum can't keep it up any better than trump.

@tdstelecom I am on hold waiting for a supervisor because TDS refuses to prorate my final bill. They expect me to pay for a full month of service I am not receiving. Canceled today. Was told I could just not pay it and have it go on my credit report. Terrible customer service.
