I eventually got the issue resolved, with the help of Kathryn at the number you gave me. (After she got a supervisor involved and called me back.) I tried to utilize the CHAT feature, in part because the website and phone number both tout that as the better way to get help, and that was a total joke. The number for Customer Care you gave me was helpful, though.

I've had a billing issue and tried to get help with both calling and chat, both of which were unhelpful. I'll try again tomorrow, but so far I've been sold a level of service not available in my location (1g vs 300mb internet), gotten both email and text that I'm in jeopardy of being disconnected for late payment, even though the payment isn't due until June 13, and had zero luck getting the billing issue figured out with customer service.
