This verdict makes all journalists less safe. It basically implies that if you defend yourself from an attack from a fascist crew you might be indicted for inciting a riot.

This issue… I saw all 4 nights in the RNC arena. Nothing got cheers as loud as when speakers blasted trans women competing in women’s sports. Nothing. But it’s not a right-left divide. Icons like Martina Navratilova have spoken out. Perhaps we’ll see more coverage now.
