Everyone’s talking like AI will replace everything. Cool. But you still need a place to sleep tonight. You’ll still want a beautiful home. You’ll still want to live near friends, schools, gyms, restaurants, and nature. AI can’t print new land. AI can’t make a downtown walkable. AI can’t develop a building out of thin air. Housing is the most persistent demand curve in the world. That doesn’t go away because you have better models. If anything, AI will make high-quality buildings, neighborhoods, and communities more valuable.
