If you suspect low stomach acid, try a small amount of apple cider vinegar in warm water before meals. If it burns, stop. 4. Breathe through your nose with a long, slow exhale. That alone can ease the wave. 5. Keep things moving. Constipation makes nausea worse. Walk, and consider magnesium at night. If it’s persistent, severe, or tied to new meds or head pain, get it checked.

If it’s not at a minimum 100% Grass-Fed/finished tallow you’re not getting the full health benefits, but the taste component heavily relies on the rendering process too. Too many corners cut these days.

My Tuesday so far: 5am - wake up 6am - train BJJ 7:30am - ocean swim 9am - work Now, I'll work for the next many hours, sunbathe, play piano, read, meditate, and hang out with my gf. Waking up early gives you so much time freedom — I've already lived half my day by 9am.
