@bowtiedbean Agree. Sauna is what you add when you are already maxed on cardio and have extra time. I sauna after my weekday runs in the winter. Do the Sperti lamp and then infrared sauna. I want the wavelengths in winter.

Swapped out my ~20 min post-lift sauna for 20-30 on the stairmaster instead. Feel like it’s been a much better use of time for me -still sweat a ton -rack up an extra 100+ mins of z2 per week -anecdotally feel more recovered daily and better equipped on hiit/running days Probably wasn’t doing enough cardio. With limited time in a day, gotta pick your battles

The last 4 years have been a trip. Back in college, I started working at a local juice shop for extra money. There, I met the owner, Mark. Together, we launched Kraut Krackers. I took a gamble and went all in after graduating instead of getting a corporate job.
