We are also throwing out PBIS and moving back to allowing regulation through kindness and curiosity in a safe and supportive environment.

In 2026 we are canceling Zones of Regulation. Every body is different and everyone will react to their environment in different and unique ways which do NOT have to conform to neurotypical behavior

Newly graduated Mark would have never of dreamed of this. I am truly blessed!

Disability does not mean incapable. I see our individuals do incredible things every day and it brings me so much joy. I’m definitely in the right place where I see the power of “what if”, “possibilities”, and “I can”!

I truly love my new job. I’m so happy! New skills while leveraging my old one’s. Opportunity for professional development. Oh and my co-workers are pretty cool!
