Vascular gene panel now available for all individuals with RNA results. Covers genes linked to blood vessel structure and function, including endothelial biology, vessel tone, angiogenesis, lymphatics, and barrier integrity. More panels coming soon.

A new brain scan study found widespread inflammation-related changes across the brain’s wiring in ME/CFS, and some matched worse mental health, more disability, and greater illness severity.

I bet this is exactly what it looked like.

Nothing really compares to SpaceX. The requirements and standards are much higher than Ivy League schools, and my team far exceeded those expectations numerous times, actually saving many ships. Coding or building software for X or xAI is small potatoes compared to Falcon or Starship in totality. Not all managers at SpaceX work the way the technicians and engineers do, so I wouldn’t take these sayings or rumors to heart. Management often doesn’t understand, care, or concern themselves with how the shop floor or Starship operates. They focus mostly on KPI flywheels, metrics, graphs, and numbers while arguing engineering and physics conjectures and complaining about how Elon yells at them. I know because I was in those rooms helping unfuck situations, listening to them rant about Elon “war rooms,” and had to tell management straight up that they spend too much time in the office, which leaves them gravely out of touch because they’re not shoulder-to-shoulder with the technicians, engineers, and people who make the mission happen every damn day. I wasn’t the only one who tried to help managers, lead engineers, and other supervisors—many clearly burnt out. We tried to help them see the truth and hold round tables to find a new battle plan on production cadence, manning, and planning to engage schedules more effectively. Again, I love SpaceX, Starbase, and Starship. I would have spent 20 years there if I could to ensure those sorties were generated and ships left test sites or Mega Bay 2 in tip-top shape. @elonmusk

Scientists studying over 1,000 people found that lingering SARS-CoV-2 in the gut may block peroxisomes, leaving intestinal stem cells unable to repair the lining. Existing drugs like fenofibrate may help restore healing. cell.com/developmental-…
