The relationship between the Grizzlies and Ja Morant hasn’t been repaired, and a trade will occur within the next month. Memphis will be selling off Morant this summer at his lowest possible value, similarly to what the Hawks also did mid-season with Trae Young.

🚨🚨🚨 Bombshell: The Browns are finalizing a trade that will send two-time Defensive Player of the Year Myles Garrett to the Los Angeles Rams, per @rapsheet, @TomPelissero and me. In exchange for Garrett, the Rams are expected to send Pro-Bowl edge Jared Verse, a 2027 first-round pick and other draft-pick compensation still being negotiated to the Browns.

The Thunder will look to salary dump Isaiah Joe and Aaron Wiggins for draft compensation this summer to become apron-compliant. Both players were out of Oklahoma City’s main rotation throughout the playoffs.

Poeltl won’t even be guaranteed when Scottie is 27, why give up 1st when he’ll expire before we’re ready to compete

@Templeglazer Don’t really see what Toronto and Memphis achieve by looping the Thunder into this deal. Seems like OKC makes out like thieves here solid young prospect, 2 seconds, and gets to dump salary… I feel like they’re going to prefer to trade with someone who can absorb the player

@DoubleFFss Wouldn’t have to give up first round picks in the first place if our garbage front office didn’t give completely undeserved contacts. Giving up a first is inevitable to get off of Jak’s contact and Jerome has shown elite flashes so a lottery pick for him seems respectable.

Adding more shooting guards to the team with too many shooting guards and giving away picks that literally just went up in value due to anti-tanking measures 🤮🤮🤮
