Gov selling land to developers is a major source of funding, terribly inefficient, and is fake/collapsing. Mal-investment and gov control are hand in glove.

Russia/Singapore/Vietnam/China all have much higher approval rates for their government and over 90+% homeownership. From 2015-25 🇨🇦 GDP ranked 37 out of 38 but home inflation we were in the top 2. Inflating RE prices isn’t growth it sucks capital out of productive areas.

I want to be a part of The Reindustrialize America movement. I used to mock this idea, but now I think it is the only way to save our country. We can't be without the ability to make tangible goods, and infrastructure.
