The American people are demanding the truth about their health. I am one of the nurses delivering it. More than 200,000 Americans follow my investigations across platforms. I'm an American nurse. I worked the ER for 7 years and through the pandemic. I saw what the system does to people when no one is watching. I was assaulted by a patient on shift, had a seizure, and the hospital fired me for having a seizure at work. I became a patient in the system I worked inside. It nearly killed me. I healed myself by leaving it. Now I investigate it. Internal pharmaceutical memos. FDA documents the public was never shown. Hospital billing records from COVID. Primary sources only. Named companies. Named harm. No opinions. Just receipts. TikTok is threatening to remove my account for it. The platform that hosts cartels and predators is silencing a licensed American nurse with a documented paper trail and 200,000 readers waiting on the next investigation. If they can silence a nurse with receipts and an audience this size, they can silence anyone telling Americans the truth about their health. @elonmusk — you built X for moments exactly like this. I am asking you to make sure this one is heard. We are an army of nurses, patients, and Americans who will not be lied to about our bodies, our children, or our food. We will not stop.

In December 2017, a wound care company called Vohra Wound Physicians began billing Medicare for bedside surgeries performed on residents of American nursing homes. The DOJ alleges some of those surgeries weren't medically necessary. The DOJ alleges some of them never happened at all. The mechanism, per the DOJ's federal court complaint, was the software itself. Vohra built a proprietary medical record system where, until April 2023, the only option for documenting wound treatment was labeled "debridement" — with no way for the physician to specify whether what they actually did was surgical or non-surgical. The billing engine coded it as surgical anyway. Higher-paying procedure. Every time. The DOJ further alleges Vohra set corporate quotas requiring physicians to perform debridement procedures during as many patient visits as possible — and pressured, trained, and financially incentivized them to hit those numbers. Whether the patient needed the procedure or not. The patients were elderly. Many were unable to speak for themselves. Many already had pressure ulcers — wounds Medicare classifies as "never events" because they're preventable with proper nursing care. The nursing homes paid Vohra nothing. Vohra worked inside the facilities for free. Medicare paid Vohra directly. 3,000 American nursing homes used them. $110 million in annual revenue. Here's the part most people miss: There was no whistleblower in this case. No employee came forward. No competitor reported them. The DOJ found the pattern in Medicare's own billing data. The investigation began with a subpoena in February 2018 — seven years before charges were filed. Which means the fraud was visible in the numbers all along. In April 2025, the United States filed a False Claims Act complaint. Case 1:25-cv-21570, Southern District of Florida. In November 2025, Vohra agreed to pay $45 million. Five-year Corporate Integrity Agreement with HHS-OIG. No admission of liability. That was six months ago. Today, Vohra still serves over 2,500 American nursing homes. According to their own website. Last week — on May 4, 2026 — Vohra was named to Newsweek's "America's Greatest Midsize Workplaces in Health Care 2026." The case is closed. The patients are still in the same beds. The court records are public. Sources in the replies.

Everyone’s freaking out about Hanta virus. How come no one’s freaking out about our public health crisis? Given 70+% of our population is metabolically destroyed. Just wondering. 🤔

In 1995, Pfizer wrote a memo projecting $55 million in profit from selling their epilepsy drug for bipolar disorder. The same memo admitted there was no evidence the drug worked for bipolar disorder. They sold it for bipolar disorder anyway. In 2004, they pleaded guilty to two felony counts of misbranding gabapentin under the Federal Food, Drug & Cosmetic Act. They paid $430 million. The Department of Justice listed every condition they were criminally convicted of fraudulently promoting: — Bipolar disorder — ADHD — Migraines — Neuropathic pain — Reflex sympathetic dystrophy That was 21 years ago. Today, gabapentin (Neurontin) is the 5th most prescribed drug in America. 73 million prescriptions a year. 15.5 million Americans on it. An estimated 95% of those prescriptions are off-label. For the same uses Pfizer was criminally convicted of fraudulently promoting. The fraud was named. Prosecuted. Settled. And the drug is bigger than ever. If you or someone you love is on gabapentin or Neurontin, this is the federal court record nobody told you about. Nurses are not supposed to know this. Patients are not supposed to know this. But I am a nurse. And the documents are public. Sources in the replies.

@StaubleC69779 I think every area had different experiences and it’s important to talk about. It doesn’t have to be one or the other but we have to speak on what we saw and not deny others of what they did or didn’t see.

Reading through these posts, it seems like people are living in two different realities. Assuming that people are speaking about things as they experience it, we have to wonder why the accounts are so different. Were there hundreds of Covid deaths so much so that they had to be stacked outside, or were those bodies from other deaths used for Covid propaganda? Was Covid really ravishing the country overwhelming hospitals or was this mainly in high population cities, and these places were used as propaganda? Clearly people died from Covid, but was it was bad as we are told? We need to know. We need some serious, non partisan research to get to the truth. The thing is, can we get it?

I am an American nurse. I worked the ER through COVID. I am going to tell you what I saw. Not what the news said. Not what the agencies said. What I saw with my own eyes, in the hospitals where I worked. The story you were told and the story we lived were two different stories. The hospitals were empty. Empty triage. Empty units. Whole floors closed. Nurses sent home with reduced hours. The inappropriate TikTok videos of nurses dancing in PPE came out of those weeks because there was nothing else to do. The exception were the urban centers — New York, parts of LA etc— where people live stacked and respiratory illness moves fast. The rest of the country was a ghost town being filmed as a war zone.

@SecKennedy @FDA @HHSGov On June 6, 2025, the European Medicines Agency concluded that semaglutide is associated with about a two-fold increase in the risk of NAION — sudden, often permanent vision loss in one eye. The Ozempic, Wegovy, and Rybelsus labels in Europe were updated to include NAION as a side effect. The review opened January 31, 2025. It took five months. Europe acted. The U.S. label still says nothing about NAION.

Novo Nordisk makes Ozempic, Wegovy, and Rybelsus. The European label warns patients about NAION. The American label doesn't. NAION is sudden vision loss in one eye. No treatment. Often permanent. About 1 in 7 of those patients later lose the second eye. In June 2025, the European Medicines Agency concluded semaglutide is associated with about a two-fold increase in NAION risk and updated the product information. The World Health Organization issued a parallel global safety alert. The UK regulator aligned in February 2026. The evidence came from Harvard, Johns Hopkins, the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs, and a Danish national cohort of 424,152 patients. 15 million Americans take a GLP-1 medication. Same drug. Same company. Same evidence. Two different warnings — depending on which side of the Atlantic the patient lives on.

Back in November of 2022 I was diagnosed with stage 4 Leukemia (CLL). I just got back from my 6 month checkup. Vitals like a young stud. Blood perfect. Good for another 100 years!😎
