I'm an American nurse. I investigate the sick care system using primary sources, internal corporate documents, FDA records, court filings, congressional testimony. No opinions. No theories. Americans are not naturally this sick. Americans are being made this sick. The food is engineered. The disease is profitable. The system that "treats" it depends on you never asking why you got sick in the first place.

CARES Act. Section 3710. Passed March 2020. Hospitals received a 20% Medicare add-on payment for every inpatient diagnosed with COVID-19. This was not hidden. It was written into federal law. Then we are asked why hospitals were so motivated to code every admission as COVID. The financial incentive was U.S. policy.

There is no nursing shortage in America. There are more registered nurses licensed in this country than there have ever been. The Bureau of Labor Statistics has the numbers. 5 million nurses. What there is: a nursing pipeline designed to extract labor at the lowest possible wage, in the worst possible conditions, until the nurses leave or get sick — and then the system calls it a shortage. I worked inside the abusive machine.

Remember these drugs? Vioxx. Rezulin. Fen-Phen. Prempro. OxyContin. Actos. Zantac. Every one of these drugs: — was FDA approved — harmed or killed thousands of Americans — produced internal documents showing the company knew — resulted in a settlement that was a fraction of revenue — and the executives kept their jobs. This is not a series of accidents. This is the business model.

I have my story. I have the documents. I have my own body as the evidence. I am not going anywhere. And this is only the beginning.

I am telling you this because I was a nurse. I knew the language. I knew the protocols. I knew how to advocate for myself better than most patients ever could. And they still did this to me.
