@mike_doscher Sorry, Kel-Tec suddenly brings back stripper clips and now I'm staring at mechanical stuff in my free time trying to figure out how *everything* works and I love it.

@mike_doscher Okay! So the Uzi bit as a charge handle makes sense in context with the holster/sleeve bit.
And since it is usually notched, you could have the holster have a channel/screw that as the weapon pops it pulls and charges. Which, is complicated but fun.

I'm going to turn this into a gas or grenade launcher.
If it were a carbine or SMG the grips would be too big to fold up under the action right.

@mike_doscher Okay, so not knowing shit about shit. But since it would likely need to be ambidextrous, and the interior part being smaller than the outer grips and stuff... oh! That's what you meant by the horns, like a sort of pronged bit on either side to slam back?

Right now I have a MAC 11 cocking knob on the top but I think the ergonomics will be unconvincing.
Ideally drawing it will have some means of cocking as a fluid motion.
Maybe something angled like a goat's foot where the holster is leverage
