Shane Smith has been absolutely terrible to begin 2026.
His four-run first inning has temporarily ballooned his ERA to 20.25.
Thank god we fired the pitching coach that fixed him (along with Carlos Rodon, ReyLo, Giolito, Cease, Fedde and Crochet) up.
