@TimMeans92 The trailer looked like a ripoff of Crawl with sharks. I loved Crawl, lol. But every clip I've seen of Thrash was painfully bad.

Thrash is trash. The only good thing I can say about it is it’s only 78 minutes before the end credits roll. However, it’s an excruciating 78 minutes.

Peter Jackson was terrified of The Two Towers (2002). He viewed it as the hardest film to make because it lacked the novelty of the first and the resolution of the third. He spent months reshooting to ensure the middle chapter stood on its own.

@ILoveToTalkFilm I lament it, but I have to say I’m not sure Fincher could do the rest of the trilogy with the same ferocity. I love Fincher, so it’s not a diss.
