WTH @JetBlue ? After suffering the "longest direct coast-to-coast" flight, Mon 12/27 BDL 4:39pm until Tues LAX 4:15pm (Flight 67), the accommo & transpo reimbursement y'all promised was lacking, and after multiple hr-long waits on the phone, we're nowhere closer to resolving?! :(
