A man 'crashed into a police vehicle' on Garratt Ln in #Tooting while driving a 'stolen Jaguar' while 'on drugs' yesterday, Thur Feb 9. He had 4 children in the car with him, who were rushed to hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
