@scouseborrower @Sooozique @Shangordon5Shan @mouthwaite I tried the sweet bee but was finding my restless legs coming back. So tried the holland and barratt cream and it helps me sleep right through.

@Sooozique @TraceyDevilt @Shangordon5Shan @mouthwaite Holland and Barrett have a decent range of magnesium sprays and creams. I use Sweet Sleep body butter by Sweet Bee Organics. It's a little pricey but you don't need a huge amount! ❤

@SkyHelpTeam Yes but from been internet outage to nothing working and my neighbours who are with bt have someone coming tomorrow. Might be due a change in may. Not happy. And we work from home.

@ThisisDavina do have an address i can write to to ask for some guidance on hrt im lowering my dose as was put up for 6 weeks but didnt help, so gone back down to my lower amount. But i feel awful. Is this right, my gp is not very good.
