@SkyHelpTeam upset at the shocking service my daughter is receiving after I recommended you. Twice in 7 weeks you've cut her off this time it's because there was no spare port for a new customer so you have disconnected her and she has to wait weeks with minimal phone service

@SkyHelpTeam so my business broadband is down today. I just spent time on the phone to the help desk who told me they couldn't help with my technical issue because they had a technical issue themselves which meant they couldn't even bring my account up on screen. Great stuff
