Stephen Miller says as a result of democrats rigging elections, they've stolen 20-30 House Seats away from the Republicans by counting illegal immigrants in the census for House elections! An undocumented Peruvian immigrant lied about his legal status on his Lyft driver application. Lyft approved him. He put a fake rideshare decal on his car and patrolled SoMa — targeting women leaving nightclubs alone on Howard and Second Street. Locked the doors. Drove them to isolated locations. Four victims. Crimes from 2013 to 2018. The first report sat cold for five years until a DNA match identified him in 2018. Convicted on 11 felony counts. More than 100 years to life. San Francisco’s sanctuary policy prohibits local law enforcement from coordinating with ICE on immigration status. The lie on the Lyft application was never anyone’s job to catch. The first victim reported this in 2013.

It seems that Dr. needs to be investigated throughly. It wouldn't surprise me if he is receiving kickbacks for unnecessary procedures and has quite the Racket going on. Furthermore, I cannot help but think this Dr. lied to officers about the situation, causing them to have their weapons drawn, or they were completely incompetent to start.

Yup. Donald Trump just pulled the curtain back. Now we see who actually stands with us… and who just likes having us on standby like a global credit card. If allies aren’t backing us when it counts, then what exactly are we paying for with NATO? Loyalty isn’t a one-way street. You don’t get protection, money, and support while sitting on the sidelines when it matters. Maybe it’s time to rethink the deal: Don’t stand with us? Don’t call us. Simple.

SB25-276 is in direct violation of the U.S. Constitution - specifically the Supremacy Clause and the Oath Clause in Article VI, as well as long-standing principles governing attorney licensing and professional conduct. Supremacy Clause (Article VI, Clause 2): This makes the Constitution, Federal Laws, and Treaties "the supreme Law of the Land." State laws, regulations, or oaths that conflict with or obstruct federal law are invalid. An oath directing attorneys to ignore or defy federal law enforcement (e.g., FBI investigations, federal subpoenas, or enforcement of valid federal statutes) would actively interfere with federal authority and be preempted. Oath Requirement (Article VI, Clause 3): All state officers (and attorneys, as officers of the court) "shall be bound by Oath or Affirmation, to support this Constitution." Federal and state officers must uphold federal law where it applies. Courts mandating an oath telling attorneys not to comply with federal enforcement would directly contradict this constitutional duty. constitution.congress.gov Attorney Oaths in Practice States regulate the practice of law and set bar admission requirements, but every state’s attorney oath (with only a handful of narrow exceptions) already requires support for the U.S. Constitution.
