In my country , the lack of assimilation has led trans people to sex work as we can't get jobs , we can't function normally in society and we don't have our rights recognized .
Having our rights recognized is the first step of course .

I am all for assimilation for trans people . As trans people our goal should be to assimilate into society and live our lives normally with no labels pushing us backwards and nobody discriminating against us for our medical history .
