Cursor pays engineers $1,100,000 a year to run teams of AI agents that ship code while they sleep. [The CEO of Cursor explained in 9 minutes how they ship at 100x speed using team of agents] โ†“ Save this before everyone copies the playbook 1. Engineers no longer babysit one assistant. They manage dozens of agent colleagues working in parallel, each on its own remote machine 2. Validation contract before code, not after. Humans only at scoping and review. 3. The agent team handles the full loop : planning, coding, testing, shipping PRs with each agent specialised for a role. Watch the guide. Then read the guide below by @eng_khairallah1

ANDREJ KARPATHY COULD HAVE CHARGED $2,000 FOR THIS COURSE. He put it on YouTube. The full training stack. Tokenization. Neural network internals. Hallucinations. Tool use. Reinforcement learning. RLHF. DeepSeek. AlphaGo. 3 hours of the most comprehensive LLM education that exists anywhere at any price. Not how to use the tools. How the entire system was built from the ground up and why it behaves the way it does. The engineers who understand this build things the ones who only use the tools cannot even conceive of. The gap between those two groups is not 3 hours. It is everything those 3 hours quietly unlock for the rest of your career.

๐Ÿšจ BIG OPPORTUNITY - HIRING ๐Ÿšจ I'm looking for an expert AI workflow builder to join the AI Edge team. What you will be doing: โ€ข Designing and building OpenClaw workflows based on defined objectives โ€ข Structuring AI systems using tools, agents, memory, and prompt logic โ€ข Turning messy ideas into organized, reproducible automation systems โ€ข Testing workflows for reliability, edge cases, and performance โ€ข Documenting builds clearly so they can be demonstrated and explained โ€ข Collaborating on improvements and iterating quickly โ€ข Contributing ideas for smarter, cleaner, more scalable systems Who you are: โ€ข AI-native who builds workflows on their own (OpenClaw, n8n, etc.) โ€ข Logical thinker โ€ข Curious, attention to detail โ€ข Not necessarily a coder, but highly technical in mindset You don't *necessarily* need traditional developer experience to excel in this role. I am looking for someone who is hungry, creative, and works fast. If this sounds like you, apply here: docs.google.com/forms/d/e/1FAIโ€ฆ

I built a new personal site. Right now it's showing a piece of generative art I hand coded (!) two years ago, showing NYC stoplights decaying. Otherwise, entirely built in Conductor. You can even see the most recent workspace in the bottom left!

Every AI-built website looks the same. Purple gradient hero. Sparkle emojis. "Sarah Chen" testimonials. Same layout. Vibe coding works for code. It does NOT work for design. I made a free SKILL[dot]md file that fixes this. (works with @claudeai @ChatGPTapp) Like + follow + comment "DESIGN" and I'll DM it to you.

I just processed 140,400,000 tokens in 48 hours. Raw API bill: $1,677.82 My actual cost: $50.00 Iโ€™m moving my entire life into a self-hosted OpenClaw agent. If you aren't using this "cheat code" setup, you're just donating money to Big Tech. The 30x leverage setup: - Flat-rate loophole: Stop paying per token. Hook OpenClaw into a flat-rate coding plan for heavy lifting. - Local heartbeats: OpenClaw pings 48ร—/day. Route these to a local Llama 3.2 via Ollama. Cost: $0. - The 2-agent rule: Killed my 9-agent fleet ($100/night money pit). One for code. One for ops. - Plan > chat: If you don't use a PLAN.md, youโ€™re just burning cash in a chat box. I burned $100 in one night so you don't have to. The Day 1 manual for infinite scale:

I replaced a $200K GTM hire with @openclaw ๐Ÿ˜ฑ here's the system that runs my outbound: step 1: mine LinkedIn engagement โ†’ @rapidapi scrapes everyone engaging with niche content โ†’ someone who commented on specific posts = 10x warmer step 2: enrich + verify โ†’ Hunter/Apollo finds the decision-maker + email โ†’ @Perplexity deep research pulls signals like hiring, fundraising, media appearances, quotes step 3: score against your ICP โ†’ title, company, signals = ranked 0-100 โ†’ only A-tier leads get touched step 4: write personalized outreach โ†’ Claude writes outreach referencing what they ACTUALLY engaged with and talk about step 5: send via @instantly_ai โ†’ 3-email sequence. automated follow-ups. step 6: pre-call deep research โ†’ @PerplexityComet builds a 1-page briefing 30 min before every call input: your ICP + niche keywords output: booked meetings with people who already care $200K/year GTM engineer โ†’ $130/month in APIs. I packaged the entire system as the First 1000 Kit: - all 8 @openclaw skills - every prompt - tool-by-tool setup - email sequences that convert giving it away free. comment 1000 + like + follow (must follow so i can DM)

There's a new kind of coding I call "vibe coding", where you fully give in to the vibes, embrace exponentials, and forget that the code even exists. It's possible because the LLMs (e.g. Cursor Composer w Sonnet) are getting too good. Also I just talk to Composer with SuperWhisper so I barely even touch the keyboard. I ask for the dumbest things like "decrease the padding on the sidebar by half" because I'm too lazy to find it. I "Accept All" always, I don't read the diffs anymore. When I get error messages I just copy paste them in with no comment, usually that fixes it. The code grows beyond my usual comprehension, I'd have to really read through it for a while. Sometimes the LLMs can't fix a bug so I just work around it or ask for random changes until it goes away. It's not too bad for throwaway weekend projects, but still quite amusing. I'm building a project or webapp, but it's not really coding - I just see stuff, say stuff, run stuff, and copy paste stuff, and it mostly works.
