@Trickums @TUIUK We heard same, called Tui today and we’ve changed to Mexico. Cost us more for holiday difference and admin fees but I think it was worth it to not have to worry about it.

@TUIUK I am very concerned about my holiday to Cape Verde in April. Rather than being excited for it I am worrying about severe illness that so many people are reporting online. My mum is booked on and had a stoke years ago she’s vulnerable. If I’d been aware of this I wouldn’t

@83CharlieJ @TUIUK My brother has had the same problem with Tui. Were due to be on their honeymoon, wife is vulnerable and they are refusing to do anything so they are losing all their money - made worse as they spoke to one person and were told they could change destinations but app was a lie!

@TUIUK Or reached out to offer advice or options to make changes if you’re uncomfortable with it. It’s outrageous really. I don’t want to be worrying about my mother dying or becoming seriously unwell or myself for that matter
