Everyone is hyped about Claude… but barely anyone knows how to actually use it to replace real work. I collected 1000+ mega prompts that turn Claude into a full-blown productivity engine. Comment "AI" and I’ll DM you everything.

@VinceBoley Research shows as soon as we grade pedagogy relational trust between observer and observee is diminished, as a result teachers tend to play it safe and take less risks-doesn’t have to be that way: Trust-Based Observations trustbased.com teaches and principals love it

Can someone help me wrap my head around teacher evaluations? If I label myself a 3 (proficient) in all categories, there's no pushback or follow up. It's usually encouraged all teachers just do this, and we all move on with our lives But what if a teacher chooses to label themselves a 4 (outstanding)? Has anyone done this? What actually happens?

Observation shouldn’t feel like a performance. It should feel like leadership. Like trust. Like growth. ✅ No scores ✅ No scripts ✅ No “gotchas” Just real conversations that help teachers thrive. linkedin.com/pulse/where-do…

When teachers prep for walkthroughs with hand signals and “super lessons,” we’ve lost the plot. Observations should build trust—not just check boxes. Let’s fix it. linkedin.com/pulse/dog-pony…

A tip for new school leaders. You will wear many hats, but the instructional leadership hat is the most important. Don’t delegate this responsibility to coaches or other admin. Prioritize spending time in classrooms, supporting and coaching your teachers.

People don’t like being told what to do. That’s why: “I have a suggestion—would you like to hear?” = huge. It’s one small piece of a bigger trust-building system. If this shifts everything, imagine a whole model built on it. 🔗 trustbased.com #edleadership #trust

What if observation wasn’t about compliance—but about cultivating greatness? Too often, our systems push teachers into survival mode. But greatness can’t be forced—it grows in cultures rooted in trust. That’s the heart of Trust-Based Observations.

@VinceBoley Check out Kagan Cooperative Learning’s Timed-Pair Share—instead of turn n talk or think pair share—the difference is in the details—also do noncontent versions as practice—like name your favorite movie and why—kids will always talk about their interest and then content is easier

Looking for some feedback and advice on using more structured "Turn and Talks" in my classroom. Sometimes students just stare at each other in silence (maybe with some slight drooling). How do I get every student engaged during turn and talks?
