@UbisoftSupport, i was gifted the DLC welcome pack from a friend and i have not gotten the contents of the pack into my account, i know it said it will take up to 24 hours but multible people have had this issue according to the reviews on the pack on steam, please help ubi. TY

@UbisoftSupport I'm beyond frustrated with Ubisoft escalation department. I submitted a ticket on 5/25/26 because for some unknown reason my main character was deleted. The character was recovered on 5/27/26. I was able to play your until 5/30, when it was deleted again.
