@mode7studio Hi, so there are two options: UnityMol features the IMD protocol and can connect to a simulation software that supports it. So you could do docking via MD and hook up Gromacs or NAMD. There is also a simple interactive docking mode built in for protein-protein and more.

Did I mention I am a great tech fan? In particular curious about what is happening in the #VirtualReality #VR domain. I came across this cool motion cap approach, just using a VR headset and it's controllers. Awesome!
