Diet Coke is suddenly everywhere in India. I see people around me drinking it like water.
A lot of people treat it as a healthier option, even though it’s packed with artificial sweeteners. This doesn’t feel like real health awareness. It feels more like marketing, social media influence, and people just following each other.
In startup circles, especially in Bangalore, Gurgaon etc it’s normal to see people having 8–10 cans a day just to get through work.
Walk into any office and you’ll find stacks of cans lying around.
This looks less like a health trend and more like a perception game.
