hey @RogersHelps none of our devices connect in our home to our Wifi - it is not a community outage it is our own wifi that is at fault. We cannot get through to your help line over an hour in hold ?!!

@RogersHelps we have NO WIFI as it is not working and my husband spent 1.5 hours on hold yesterday and could not get through.. and yet we are paying for Wifi that we do not have?
