In February I asked to tell me what those "other subtle things" are in these statements in the video below.... The one constant thing [caviat] that stuck out to me is "Completely substitute ALL of their cigarettes" "Complete substitution" "Completely switch" "Transition completely" To my knowledge, they {public health} have never used "completely" with 'nicotine replacement' "therapies" terminology, (@jgitchell @ChaunceyGardner) they've always said "keep trying, you can do it, you're not trying hard enough".

@TC_BMJ @UChicago @uicovs Use of 'approved' smoking 'cessation' therapies facilitate more smoking. A person who smokes tries "relapses" an average of 30 times & blindly doesn't realize they face 93% failure rates. Quit 'tools' promote repeat customers & more smoking than vaping products ever have.

@Vapingit They've convinced themselves dual use is even more harmful than cigarettes. They rarely acknowledge it's a transition phase. Never acknowledge that it may be smokers who sometimes try a vape vs. vapers who sometimes still have a smoke. VERY different risks.
