The arrest of BJP karyakartas and leaders, including our State President Shri @N_RamchanderRao garu, by the Congress government today is absolutely unacceptable. For decades, the Congress party has carried forward its anti-Hindu stance, and it continues even today. From demolishing temples and desecrating idols, they have now stooped to arresting those who simply wished to perform Kumkumarchana to Ammavaru. When our State President sought to hold a peaceful rally with the national flag, permission was denied. Even for Ganesh pandals on public roads for upcoming Ganesh Utsav, the doors were slammed shut. Yet, the same government freely allowed Haleem Batti, Moharram processions, and other events. Is this the “secularism” they boast about? Where are we heading as a state when our own cultural and religious practices are suppressed in the name of governance? This is nothing but blatant appeasement politics aimed at vote banks. Perhaps it’s time to rename INC, from Indian National Congress to Islamabad National Congress.
