I’m old enough to remember sitting at my desk in grade 2 and reciting the Lord’s Prayer because Canada used to be a majority Christian country and a belief in God was fundamental to who we were as a nation. It was a part of defining who we were, what we stood for and how we were governed.
Fast forward 43 years and the Canada I see today is not recognizable.
God has been removed from our educational institutions, our government and from society in general as much as possible by the ruling class in Canada because we’re told Canada is a melting pot and a diverse culture.
The 10 commandments is a set of principles that if followed ensure stability, peace, unity and cohesion of society.
Why would any government want to remove the one principle that could unite the citizens of a country?
Why would a government allow a country to be flooded with immigrants who don’t uphold the same values, morals and ethics that the original founders of Canada believed in?
Why would a government enact laws that allow violence on our streets to go unchecked and unpunished. That allow violent mentally ill men be placed inside of women’s prisons. That allows drug addicts free rein to ingest drugs in public. That allows immigrants be treated more fairly than the citizens who built this country. That allows the murder and mutilation of its own citizen and call it choice and healthcare.
Why would the governing body of Canada do any of these things unless their goal was to destroy the very foundation that built this country?

U.S. forces at Prince Sultan Air Base in Saudi Arabia were struck by Iranian missiles and drones.
American personnel were wounded.

Take that offline — even partially — and you blind the battlefield.
Let’s be precise:
There is no confirmed evidence it was destroyed.
But it was reportedly hit.
And that alone is significant.
Because this tells us something far bigger:
Iran can still reach — and hit — high-value U.S. military infrastructure.
Even inside heavily defended zones.
This is escalation.
Not rhetoric.
Not warnings.
Real impact.
The question now is no longer if this spreads…
It’s how far.

Today, the federal New Democratic Party selected its new leader. It is clear that the direction of the federal party under this new leader, someone who openly cheered for the defeat of the Alberta NDP government, is not in the interests of Alberta. Last year, Alberta’s New Democrats voted overwhelmingly to make membership in the federal party optional. Many thousands of our provincial members, including myself, are not members of the federal party. We are a big tent and welcome the support of people who vote for every federal party. We believe in Alberta and we believe in Canadian energy and the good jobs it creates. We believe in more pipelines and in reducing emissions. We believe in strong public services and a strong jobs-driven economy to help pay for them. This is what we are fighting for every day. Albertans deserve federal leaders who understand the importance of Alberta and our essential role in the federation. Our focus is not on what the federal NDP says or does. Our fight is with Danielle Smith and the separatist UCP. Albertans deserve a better government, and we are here to be that better government.

Tens of thousands of 15.00 dollar an hour workers come here, bring their extended families, run up the cost of health care, education and housing, while over running our public infrastructure.
TFW, IMP and Student Visa holders are a net drain on our society distorting our housing and labour market and stealing the future of our children.

Yesterday during our pop up 2 young women stopped by and asked me if they could asked me a question. The question posed to me was “why am I doing this?” I then asked back, do you mean sitting here?” The response was, “no, I mean why are you a canvasser, why are you doing any of this, what’s in it for you?”
The question was easy to answer.
I have children and grandchildren that I want to have a future that is prosperous, free and fair. I want them to grow up in a country where if you work hard you can be successful, a country where your voice is heard, a country that values morality, God and ethics. A country where all are equal under the law regardless of race, color or culture. A country where the citizens rule and not the governing body of the day.
As an Albertan, remaining in Canada guarantees our rights and freedoms are further eroded, our voice is never heard, our resources are continually exploited, our income is taxed beyond survivability and our leader would rather have communist China versus the USA as a strategic partner.
Personally, I’d rather take a leap of faith into the unknown versus remaining on a course that ensures destruction of my very way of life.
