Blepharoplasty, explained simply 👇 👁️ Who Anyone with heavy eyelids. Young, middle aged, or older. If your lids feel heavy or look heavy, you’re a candidate. ✨ What Blepharoplasty is eyelid surgery that removes excess skin and fullness to create brighter, lighter, more rested eyes. ⏰ When Any age. Some patients do this in their 20s or 30s because of genetics. Others in their 40s, 50s, or 60s to refresh tired eyes or stay ahead of aging. 📍 Where Performed as an outpatient procedure with a quick recovery and minimal downtime when done thoughtfully and conservatively. 🛠️ How Through precise, hidden incisions that respect eyelid anatomy and preserve a natural, non hollow appearance. Blepharoplasty isn’t about looking younger. It’s about removing the heaviness that makes you look tired even when you feel great. That heaviness can come from genetics, skin laxity, or subtle fullness that weighs the eyes down. It shows up as makeup creasing, shadowing, asymmetry, or the constant comment of “you look tired.” Here’s what patients usually want to know 👇 ⏱️ Recovery Most patients are presentable in 7 to 10 days. Swelling and bruising improve quickly and continue to refine over several weeks. 💰 Cost One of the highest value facial procedures. Subtle changes with a powerful impact. Pricing depends on whether upper lids, lower lids, or both are treated. 🧑‍⚕️ Who should perform it Eyelid surgery requires restraint, precision, and deep understanding of anatomy. The goal is refreshed, not pulled or overdone. ✨ Benefits Brighter eyes Less heaviness Improved symmetry More visible lid space A rested, natural appearance ⚠️ Risks Temporary swelling, bruising, dryness, or asymmetry are possible. When performed conservatively, blepharoplasty is one of the safest and most predictable facial surgeries. The best results don’t announce themselves. People don’t say “you had surgery.” They say “you look rested,” “you look refreshed,” or “you look really good lately.” That’s the goal. #wardmd #blepharoplasty #eyelidsurgery

I understand why people have questions. I would too! The charges brought against me in the past were dismissed. I wont pretend my path has been easy or perfect. I’ve made many mistakes and although many of these mistakes are extra painful because they were foolish and preventable, I have faced them head on and done the hard work to grow. That process changed me. What defines me is not my past but how I show up each day. This is important for my loved ones, but also for the people who trust me with their health. That responsibility is something I always carry with me and I allways will.

@BrandonFugal @depechemode I too am a disciple of SOFAD. TBH, when I saw that concert at Glen Helen Pavilion (where US festival was), I didn't get it then. But the past year I consistently play the Devotional Film blasting from my 🎧 & One Caress is PERFECTION. The live performance is truly epic 🔥

Believe it or not, “the most debauched rock tour in history” was Depeche Mode’s Devotional tour from 1993-1994, promoting their Songs of Faith and Devotion album - released exactly 33 years ago TODAY in 1993. The album had a profound effect on me & blew my mind. It was Depeche Mode’s answer to grunge, presenting on an even grittier, darker atmosphere. It is also one of the few albums you can truly listen to from start to finish, with EVERY song being hit-worthy, exploring the usual DM themes of lust, desire & redemption. My 3 favorites are One Caress (the orchestral arrangement with Martin Gore’s angelic vocals made this song transcendent), In Your Room (a grand tapestry of dark desire) & Rush (an unusually melodic & punchy industrial anthem).

I have a facelift patient who lives in Poland. He is now a friend. He sent me this message today our do the blue. "When I was a little boy growing up in communist Poland, we heard constantly about American imperialism and the monster capitalists from the US. My family were poor. My mother was sick. Dad worked in a church. My job was to break coal lumps and start the coal-fired stove in the morning. One morning I found an empty UNRRA tin. I asked my dad what it was. He said: 'It's the free oil we get from America.' I thought something wasn't right. I love those people. They are giants of goodwill. And we are the bad guys."

“The person at the center of the storm is being held up against everyone watching, and the comparison is doing something for the crowd that has nothing to do with the person being judged. Someone else’s fall becomes a mirror. And in that mirror, the people holding it see themselves as more stable, more careful, more worthy. The verdict on another person’s life becomes a verdict in their own favor.“ open.substack.com/pub/wardmd/p/o…

Conversations surrounding domestic violence frequently paint a one-sided picture: women as the eternal victims and men as the inevitable aggressors. While the door has been pried open to acknowledge that yes, men can be abused too, we must push it wider to confront an uncomfortable truth: Women can be abusive, and in some cases, even more so than men. The difference often lies in the consequences—male-perpetrated abuse can lead to more severe physical harm—but ignoring female abusers perpetuates cycles of violence that harm everyone involved. @Evie_Magazine 85% of domestic issues both parties are at fault. It is rarely 1 sided and when they are it is clear and obvious. Men disproportionately are blamed. Police officers openly admit this . Far more Amber Heards than yall care to admit

The founders who figure out OpenClaw in the next 90 days are going to look like geniuses in 2027. The problem is most agency owners don't have time to figure out the install, the security risks, where to start, or what to actually hand it first. So my team built a 48-page beginner's guide that does it for you. Inside: — The exact prompts to hand it on day one — Plain English setup for Mac and Windows — How to secure it so it doesn't burn your business down — 42 copy-paste workflows across sales, marketing, ops, and finance Your competitors are sleeping on this. Comment OPENCLAW and I'll send it.

"OpenClaw is the new computer." — Jensen Huang This is the early PC era all over again. A few power users see it. Everyone else hasn't even started. "It's the most popular open source project in the history of humanity, and it did so in just a few weeks. It exceeded what Linux did in 30 years." A solo founder with OpenClaw can now build what used to take a 50-person team. The leverage is absurd.
