@HMBohemond it's gonna be krieg and cadians, because they lack vision.
it should be Krieg (meg), commisar (light), Vallhallan (heavy). with chainsword, lasgun, bolt pistol, and a support weapon Melta.
but again, they lack vision, or forethought, or synergizing spirit.

My money's on Tempestus Scions and Aquilons. They're basically the 40k version of the Helldivers as it is.
