@sunsetton @tonyrigatonee I bet the owner of these accounts are foreigners themselves 😂😂
English

@tonyrigatonee This figure represents net labor force growth, not replacement. In other words: no one is taking your jobs - they are just expanding the labor force beyond what already exists (or filling shortages).
As of 2024, foreign-born workers comprise only 18% of the total labor force.

@kamikazecash I feel the same way. EVERY time I sell a covered call there’s always some kind run

English

That’s it, I fũckın quit. I’m out here talking about how a 25% OTM call credit spread is basically free money and then $HOOD actually does it on the last day.
-1,400%.
Mashallah, my shares are up to compensate fully. If HOOD maintains $90 today, then I will miss out on $473 of gain while trying to grab $27 profit.
I’m about to buy 0.03 delta calls on a bunch of random stocks expiring in Jan. Bull gang.
Stocks. Only. Go. Up.

@kamikazecash This how you’re going to miss generational wealth. Don’t bet against the musk

I agree with this. SpaceX is going to drop 70%, and forcing it into the indexes will drag them down.
Elon is cashing out at our expense.

Mark my words SpaceX IPO will be the end of the bull run

The fundraising funds cannot be used for Chuds bail because the Law Firm is receiving every penny.

Should have built a high-end gaming PC when parts were cheap, sonny!
Synth Potato🥔@SynthPotato
950$ for a Steam Deck 900$ for a PS5 Pro 650$ for an Xbox Series X 600$ for a PS5 500$ for a Switch 2 Gaming has become unaffordable, this literally can't be sustainable.

@shinfours @tzukima It’s that damn avocado toast and Starbucks. Lmao

@tzukima These toddlers could afford it if they stopped wasting their money on binkies and avocado baby food

having a $2000 pc with 32gb of ram is about to become the zoomer equivalent of boomers buying a house for $100k and sitting on it for life

Valve has raised Steam Deck prices in the US • 1TB OLED $649 -> $949 • 512GB OLED $549 -> $789 still out of stock store.steampowered.com/steamdeck

Here’s the majority of my cash. Most of it is leftovers from what I was going to put down on my house, but decided instead to put less down.
I went back and forth on what to do with this because it doesn’t make sense to have this much cash doing nothing.
Should I pay down my mortgage faster, or invest?
Key facts:
- $800K owed on house
- 6.125% interest
- it’s our “forever home”
- 35 years old, wife + 2 kids
- already have about $1.5 mil in indexed ETFs
My plan: take $150K out of my cash balance
- $50K to $SCHD: this remains the ultimate combination of defensive and dividend ETF. It’s underlying have very little crossover with $QQQ, so it makes me well-diversified.
- $25K into $QQQI: this is the only covered call ETF I have any interest in because of its tax-advantaged treatment of payouts and OTM covered call strategy. It has a much higher yield than SCHD.
- $25K into $SPHD: another good dividend ETF with low crossover with SCHD/QQQI. Its underlyings are more sensitive to interest rates than the others.
- $25K into $VOO: needs no explanation. Stocks only go up.
-$24,500 toward my mortgage. This might not be the mathematically correct move, but I know that I will not be willing to take more market risk until my debt is paid off. I need to accelerate this pay down.
- $500 for crab rangoon and sushi budget over the next 6 months. These are my favorite foods. Living is an essential part of life.
I’ll have my emergency fund, but otherwise this is about it. Is this the right move?
