Most of the "brown" countries have IQ ranges from low 60's to low 80's. Most of the ones that are smart. Leave said countries.

@jcr10081971 @RickD_GK I knew black kids that couldn't read or write in high school back in the 90's that still graduated. They did things like "the grading curve" back then. So basically. If YOU did well, part of YOUR grade would make up for the failing few in the class and help them graduate.
