@XRiteSupport I am appalled that #xrite will do nothing about my #i1pro2 kit. Stored in cool and dark but all rubber on device and printer cal holder has become STICKY. Obviously a manufacturing defect. Why won't you replace the rubber? Many have had this and kit cost about $2k!

@XRiteSupport difficulty since updating to the latest iprofiler software running Big Sur / intel i5 3.7 GHz 2019. Uninstalled, ran XRD script, including emptying trash, unplugging i1 and reinstalled latest version (now three times!!!!) software freezes on this screenany ideas?

Please do the following: 1.Delete "XRD Software Update" at: Mac HD/Library/Application Support/X-Rite/Frameworks/XRiteDevice.framework/Versions/B/Resources/ 2.Delete "com.xrite.device.softwareupdate.plist" at: Mac HD/Library/LaunchAgents/ 3.Reboot the computer

@XRiteSupport Another questions I left with Contact Support thay have not answered: WHat do I use to sample local colors, like company logos, Coke Cans, etc. to get an accurate sample in RGB, CMYK, Pantone, etc? I used to be able to do that with a ColorMunki Module and my black CM Photo reader
