The SEC just published the conditions for non-broker wallets: Self-custodial. No financial advice. Fixed fees.
That's been the blueprint here since day one.
Privacy is next.

Two years ago the SEC sued wallet providers for being unregistered brokers. Today they published 12 conditions under which wallets are explicitly NOT brokers. No custody, no advice, no order routing, fixed fees. Nuance: this is staff guidance with a 5-year sunset, not law. A future SEC could reverse it. The next question that needs to be addressed: transaction privacy. Wallet developers are still serving prison sentences for building mixing tools on Bitcoin. There's a sensible middle ground between criminalizing privacy tooling entirely and giving users basic on-chain privacy.

The question we keep hitting on EVM chains: receiving services can see an agent has funds but can't tell whether it's ever behaved reliably. We're working on it.....
Still need to resaerch the Bitcoin agent registry and incorporating on our platform.
