SO this is my Xynode Gaming LTD Branded Car, as many of you know! A life goal, achievement and representation of hard work, especially after coming from a VERY poor financial background, making my business quite literally from nothing! My second car after not being able to even afford a driving lesson until I was 35/36 years old. Over the last 3 years I have been invited to countless shows and events, including being right in front of @MercedesBenz staff and managers representative of the manufacturing of the vehicles (not dealers, actual big wigs), including an event, as an invitee at @MercedesAMGF1 factory in Brackley. I was also at a HUGE event with my C63AMG being displayed as a SHOW CAR at @SilverstoneUK last year for Gassed on track with some of my sponsors/partners, talking directly with @MercedesAMG reps about their cars and mine. My engine was worked on specifically by AMG specialists over time for many upgrades and repairs, and the company @MercedesAMG (select members) have had PERSONAL interactions with me, regarding my car. Many pictures were taken and many hands were shaken over the years. But mostly all surrounding "very cool car, never seen one like that before, LOVE the yellow and the branding"... (Image below is NOT my car, it's their NEW limited edition) At what point did @MercedesAMG, while they already have their Petronas colours (lemonish yellow, teal and silver)... decide to literally RIP my own car they HAVE seen in person, and produce THIS "Limited Edition Model (technically a cla53 not a c63) without so much as a TAG or collaborative nod? Now I look like the second hand copy of my own design. Is this what BIG companies are now? Take from others and know full well a legal battle would just be "I have more money than you so har har"? Bold claim? For a stranger, sure, but I have had first hand in person communication with them over the years, promoting myself and the vehicle. SOMEONE in the office is being NAUGHTY and didn't tell you where their "Ideas" came from ;) I mean COME ON!? LOOK at the image... Someone, while you MAY have Billions of pounds, meeting and then stealing from the underdog, is a BIT rude. Slapping the label "AMG" on it and varying the layout a little, doesn't really make it OK. While the powers that be, may not be directly at fault here, SOMEONE in the designing sectors, stole something that wasn't theirs, and got cookies for it. I'm aware that I’m powerless against a multi BILLION dollar company, but have a word with your employees @MercedesAMG THIS, NOT COOL. PS. Arguably your Alloys are cooler, I mite get some 🤣
