Yes they did.Nice work on the schooling.I basically had to become a lawyer myself to get this far with my lawsuits.My vision is going now from reading so much haha.My luck.Ive got the one company wanting to settle,and Union and 4 other companies are in progress.I gotta do 8 hrs safety training and get set up with Medicaid and my medical transport business will be up and running.Putting Union in my rear-view mirror.

@DanL1262575 They say I’m not disabled enough.I can still work just can’t do drywall ceilings.My Union tells every contractor I have work restrictions and allows them to bypass me without any discussion or dialogue.They also refuse to return a medical document.Totally illegal.

@DanL1262575 Yeah I was getting in a John deer gator on a jobsite with foreman and before I was in it and seated he just gassed it.Through me over back of seat and into big machine.Herniated like 5 discs,but only 2 badly.Still sucks.Was getting shots in spine but lost insurance.

Yeah I was a fan at first.Not anymore.Maybe if they were gutted and re-structured.When I was an apprentice they used to give us a list and try to pressure us all to vote Democrat.They worked me maybe 160 hours last year.I plan on suing them for at least 4 years lost wages plus 3 years front pay.They picked the right guy for a fight lol.
