@ZARA I paid for next day delivery. Only part of my order was delivered next day. Half an outfit! I’ve been advised instead as my order was shipped in 2 packages I have instead been charged 2 lots of shipping! It was ONE order that I paid Next day for. This hasn’t been fulfilled

@ZARA hey I have an item missing from my order - 54249238313. Also, it was a Hive delivery - the items were just thrown in, a pair of shoes look twisted, and a missing item. I’ve tried the chat and it’s not working, the BOT doesn’t respond.

@ZARA and it's team, especially the managers. You need to stop fooling around with customers. I ordered a product on 13th November 2025 and returned it within the time frame and yet I have not received any refund regarding the same. Vide return order no. 6576528717.
