One of my first jobs was a six month tour with Ian in A Passage To India. I can honestly say that no one taught me more about how to carry yourself in a company than him. He was good to his core. I've spent my life trying to live up to the example he set.

Madly, I’ve known David since I was a little kid. He was a family friend. Major Barbara at the Royal Exchange was my first big play as an actor, and it was amazing to perform with him. The nicest man, with friends across generations. The very model of a fantastic actor.
