@vrbo@VrboPartners why do you think it’s acceptable to allow owners to rent their property when they clearly have hygiene issues? Caught scabies from a property and the owner and customer service couldn’t care less. Disgusting.
@vrbo reported to CS that I caught scabies while staying at a property booked via vrbo, provided all necessary evidence and medical notes. CS have been dismissive throughout, owner of the property accepting no responsibility to the obvious health hazard at their property #vrbo
